We do accept PPO Insurance Plans. BUT we are a Fee for Service Office, which means we are NOT Providers for any insurance companies. We are considered Out Of Network Providers. We will send claims to your insurance company as a courtesy to you. Please check your benefits with your insurance company for an OUT OF NETWORK PROVIDER to see if that will meet your standards for your dental care.
